Domestic leagues: Balkan with an easy away win, Levski defeated the champions

Balkan recorded an easy away win in Bulgarian league as the team defeated Chernomorets 94-70. The team used a 12-3 run in the third quarter which gave them a 19-point advantage which was enough until the end. Ivan Lilov was the top scorer with 23 points while Martin Marinov added 20, including six three-pointers.In this same round Levski recorded an away win over the champions Lukoil Academic by a score of 97-93. The Blues used a 19-4 run in the fourth quarter to move up by 9 points and they held on to their lead to the end. Brandon Heath had a great game with 35 points ad 8 assists while Jumaine Jones added 22 points and 12 rebounds.
Before the last round of the regular season Balkan and Levski are tied for second place with 17 wins and 6 defeats. Balkan however has the edge because of the better record in the direct games.
