Domestic leagues: Balkan took 1-0 lead against Levski

Balkan took 1-0 lead in the semifinal series against Levski. The Greens from Botevgrad won the first match 89-77 and are now up in the best of five series.   The match was won in the last five minutes. Levski was up by 3 points but scored just 7 in the decisive moments and the hosts took complete advantage from that. With over a minute to go the difference went up to 10 points and the game was over.   Ivan Lilov was the top scorer for the winners with 19 points while 18 plus 11 rebounds had Noah Dahlman.   For the visitors Brandon Heath finished with 24 points and 9 assists as Hristo Zahariev added 16 points and 7 rebounds.
