Domestic leagues: Kumanovo defeated Kozuv at home

KK Kumanovo 2009 defeated KK Kozuv 83-74 at home in the penultimate round of the Superleague in Macedonia. Both teams played an important game as they are still fighting to get in to the semifinal playoffs.   Kumanovo won the first quarter and went up by 8 points but then at the break the difference was just 4. After 30 minutes the home team led by 11 points and kept its advantage until the end.   Vukasin Mandic finished with 28 points plus 6 rebounds and 6 assists while Nemanja Vranjes had 18 points for the winners.    For the visitors Miladin Pekovic had 19 points while Igor Mijalovic scored 17.   With one round to go Kozuv is tied for second place with 5 wins and 4 losses while Kumanovo is tied for 4th place with 4-5 record.
