Domestic leagues: Sigal Prishtina took 1-0 lead in the finals

The finals in Kosovo league started with a Sigal Prishtina defeating Peja 72-66 at home. Thanks to this Sigal took a 1-0 lead in the best of five series.   The home team started very well and won the first two quarters. At the break they were up by15 points but with good third quarter Peja cut the deficit to just 8. In the last ten minutes Sigal managed to hold on to the lead and took the first win.   Blerim Mazreku had a double double for the winners with 20 points and 12 rebounds while Edmond Azemi and Dardan Berisha scored 10 points apiece.   For the visitors Gerti Shima finished with 19 points and 9 rebounds as George Odufuwa had 15 points.
