Domestic leagues: Peja won the derby against Sigal Prishtina

KB Peja handed the first loss of the season to KB Sigal Prishtina. Both teams met in Peja in the 9th round of Kosovo league and the hosts won dramatically 87-86. After this game both teams have 8-1 record but Sigal is first after beating Peja by more points.

After the first half Peja had a 10-point advantage but in the third quarter Sigal Prishtina started to come back slowly. The in the fourth the visitors even went up by 3 points and close to the end the difference was 2. However with 50 seconds to play Samir Saptahovic scored a triple to put Peja ahead by 1 but right away Dardan Berisha added 2 points for the visitors. Then Alban Veseli made two free throws with 18 seconds to play and that were the final points as Sigal didn′t score in the last offense.

Samir Saptahovic finished with 26 points for the home team while Alban Veseli had 20 and 7 rebounds.

For the visitors another great game had Dardan Berisha with 36 points, 7 rebounds and 6 assists as Edmond Azemi added 14 points and 7 rebounds.
