Domestic leagues: Difficult win for Rilski Sportist over Levski

Rilski Sportist recorded a second straight win in Bulgarian league. The team hosted Levski and took a 83-79 victory after an interesting match. Now Rilski is fourth in the league with 7 wins and 5 defeats.

Levski fought very hard and was always close to the hosts. Rilski managed to take 11-point lead early in the last quarter but Levski didn′t give up and tied the score with 2.22 to play. However the hosts made two straight baskets and that decided the outcome.

Zarko Rakocevic had 22 points and 8 rebounds for the win as Vernon Taylor and Zlatin Georgiev scored 13 points apiece.
