Domestic cups: Win for Kozuv, defeat for Kumanovo

KK Kozuv won the first quarterfinal of Macedonian cup against Feni Industries. The team from Gevgelija played at home and got the better by winning 84-78. After the first quarter the visitors were up by 8 points but Kozuv won the next three and took an advantage before the second game on Saturday.   Aleksej Nesovic had 25 points for the win as Filip Shepa and Milan Janjusevic had 13 apiece.     KK Kumanovo 2009 however will have to try and overcome a deficit after losing 74-81 away at Karpos Sokoli. The damage by the home side was done in the last quarter which started with 4 points advantage for Kumanovo. The hosts however turned the score around and eventually build a lead before the second game.   Uros Lukovic finished the game with 32 points and 16 rebounds while Marjan Janeski added 16 points.
