Here we are ahead of the penultimate week of the First Stage in EUROHOLD Balkan League with four games to be played. Each game is important and there are a lot of questions about the standings in the groups to be answered.   Today in group A KB Peja will host BC Rilski Sportist trying to finish on with a victory. The home side made some changes to its roster but still is very competitive. Last week against Teodo the players of Peja didn′t have the power at the end but a week more of training should′ve helped them and they should be better today. Rilski on the other hand had five days to prepare this match and the players of Rosen Barchovski will give their best to win. An eventual victory will save their chances of finishing first in the group and this is what they′ll try.   The second game of today sees SCM U Craiova hosting KS Vllaznia. The home side played a great game last week against Sigal Prishtina and they will look to carry on that form to this match as well. For now the changes made in Craiova had a positive effect and the Romanians will look to confirm the good form. Vllaznia has its last chance to advance but needs to win by at least 4 points which is a very difficult task. However the team from Albania needs to use each game as a learning experience and this is what they should do.   On Wednesday KK Kumanovo 2009 is hosting KK Teodo in a game that both teams will do everything to win. The home side is trying to finish first in the group and Aleksandar Kostoski, Vukasin Mandic and Uros Lukovic will try to lead the team to victory. For Teodo this is practically the last real chance to keep its hopes of advancing to the next stage. The team from Tivat needs to win and then win against Sutjeska in the last round. If they lose however then will have to beat their opponents by 28 points.   The last game of the week sees Sigal Prishtina hosting the only unbeaten team so far - KK Kozuv in group B. The home side needs to win the game in order to avoid finishing fourth in this stage. Sigal played a bad game last week in Craiova but the team had few new names and a few more days of practice should make them look better. Kozuv on the other side is playing very well in the Balkan League and the team will look to carry that form in to the match as well. They should go out for the win because it could help them to start the second stage with two victories.
