The options in group A before the last round

There are still two games in group A of EUROHOLD Balkan League to be played and we still have a lot of options for the standings in the First Stage. Two things are certain - the game between Rilski Sportist and Kumanovo 2009 will be a direct battle for the first position while the one between Teodo and Sutjeska will be for going to the next stage. We are going to take a look at all of the options depending on the results of the last two games.
 
Option 1: Wins for Teodo and Rilski Sportist
Rilski Sportist will finish first with 5-3 record while Peja, Teodo and Kumanovo will all have 4 wins and 4 losses but will go through. Sutjeska will be out with 3-5 record. In a case of a three-way tie between Peja, Teodo and Kumanovo we have to check the results only between those three teams. In that case Peja will have 3 wins, Teodo has 2 while Kumanovo is with 1. If the group finishes like this all four teams will enter the Second Stage with 1-1 record.
 
Option 2: Wins for Teodo and Kumanovo 2009
In that case Kumanovo will be winner of the group and then will follow Rilski Sportist, Teodo and Peja with the same record of 4-4. However Rilski has 3 wins in the games between those three teams while Teodo has 2 and Peja 1. Then in a case the group finishes like this we′ll have Kumanovo and Peja in one group and Rilski and Teodo in the other. Peja has defeated Kumanovo twice so that means that if group A ends up like this in the second stage Peja will enter with 2-0 record while the Macedonians will have 0-2. Rilski and Teodo have exchanged one victory between themselves and will enter the second stage with 1-1 record.
 
Option 3: Wins for Sutjeska and Rilski Sportist
In that case Rilski will finish first and Sutjeska fourth which means that the teams will enter the Second stage with 1-1 record. Then Peja will be 2nd while Kumanovo 3rd and they′ll have 2-0 and 0-2 record respectively in the Second Stage.
 
Option 4: Wins for Sutjeska and Kumanovo 2009
In that case Kumanovo will finish first and Peja fourth but that means that Peja will enter with 2-0 record and Kumanovo with 0-2. Then Rilski Sportist will be second and Sutjeska third with both teams entering the second stage with 1-1 record.
 
 
The 1st and 4th placed teams in group A will join the 2nd and 3rd placed in group B and will form together group C.
 
Group D will consist of the 1st and 4th placed teams in group B and the 2nd and 3rd placed in group A. 
 
The results from the first round between the teams entering the same group will count.
