FIBA delegation guest at Balkan League semifinal

A FIBA delegation attended the semifinal of EUROHOLD Balkan League between KB Sigal Prishtina and KK Kozuv. Mr. Kamil Novak - FIBA Executive Director Europe and Mr. Lubomir Kotleba - FIBA Sports Director, were in Prishtina for the celebration of Kosovo Basketball Federation official recognition by FIBA invited by its president - Mr. Erolld Belegu. The Sports Director of EUROHOLD Balkan League - Mr. Shay Shtriks and the Marketing Manager of the competition - Mrs. Lubomira Shtriks, also were among the official guests of this celebration that was organised by the local federation.

The celebration of KBF took place before the match and it gathered a lot of guests from different countries. Present were Mr. Avni Ponari - president of Albanian basketball federation, Mr. Georgi Glushkov and Mrs. Eleonora Ranguelova - President and Secretary General of Bulgarian basketball federation, Mr. Emir Turam - Director International Relations of Turkish basketball federation, Mr. Dejan Lekic and Mr. Ilija Merdjanovski - Secretary General and General Manager of the National team from the Macedonian basketball federation.

Also were present the chief of Kosovo Olympic commitee, the Minister of Economics, the Minister of Sports, local politicians, foreign diplomats, bussinessmen and former Kosovo basketball players.

Later all the guests attended the game at which were present also the Prime minister of Kosovo - Mr. Isa Mustafa, the Chief of cabinet of the President the Parliament - Mr. Uran Ismaili, Mr. Blerand Stavileci - Minister of Economic Development, Mr. Kujtim Shala - Minister of Sports and the Minister of Agriculture - Mr. Memli Krasniqi. Agim Cana - the father of Lorik Cana - the most popular Albanian football player who was born in Prishtina, also attended the match as did other famous people from the country.
