Schedule for the First Stage in Balkan League

The new season in the Balkan League will start on October 13th 2015. Ten teams have been divided in two groups and will play a total of eight games each. 
 
In Group A we have the champions KB Sigal Prishtina (Kosovo), KK Mornar and KK Teodo (Montenegro), KK Kozuv (Macedonia) and BC Beroe (Bulgaria) 
 
In Group B there are the teams of BC Levski 2014 (Bulgaria), KB Bashkimi and KB Peja (Kosovo), KK Lovcen Basket and KK Sutjeska (Montenegro).
 
There is a possibility to have two more teams for the upcoming season - one from Albania and one from Romania. If they are registered then the team from Albania will go to Group A while the team from Romania will respectively be place in Group B.
 
The opening game will be in Prizren between the debutant KB Bashkimi and KB Peja. On the same day another debutant - BC Beroe will host the champions KB Sigal Prishtina in Stara Zagora.
 
A total of 40 games will be played in the First Stage. From five teams in each group, four will advance to the next stage and the last placed will be out from the competition.
 
The First Stage will end on January 20th 2016 and the Second will start a week later. The champion of BIBL for season 2015/2016 will be crowned on April 20th 2016 when the second final game will be played.
