Beroe lost the final of its tournament

BC Beroe finished second in its home tournament for the Cup of Stara Zagora. The Green played against Bulgarian champions Lukoil Academic and lost 76-87.   Lukoil had a very good start and had 16-point lead after ten minutes. In the second quarter the margin went up to 21 points and the visitors controlled the game until the end.   Evrik Gary had 16 points for Beroe while Tihomir Zhelev added 15 and 5 assists.
