Levski 2014 defeated Rilski Sportist in a friendly

Levski 2014 recorded a win in its last friendly game before the start of the new season. The Blues hosted Rilski Sportist and took a dramatic 84-82 victory.   Rilski started the game better but a 17-2 run by Levski in the second quarter put the team up by 10 points. In the third quarter the visitors responded with a run of their own and after 10 straight points they took the lead. Levski had no basket for almost five minutes but two triples by Aleks Simeonov put the team ahead by 4 points. With 14.2 seconds to go Zlatin Georgiev managed to tie the score but then Tyler Laser scored a lay-up to give Levski the victory.
Aleks Simeonov was the top scorer for the winners with 22 points including five three-pointers. Pavel Ivanov had 21 points while Aleksandar Yanev added 19 and 11 rebounds.
