Domestic leagues: Beroe lost at the start of the season

BC Beroe had a bad start to the new season in Bulgarian league. The team hosted the vice-champions Balkan and was beaten 78-101.   The game was even in the first quarter but an 11-3 run for the visitors in the second let them pul away by 12 points. After that they kept their advantage which was increased to more than 20 points in the end.   Auston Barnes had 21 points for Beroe as Ashton Moore added 11.
