Domestic leagues: Peja defeated Bashkimi in a derby, no problems for Sigal

KB Peja recorded 14th straight win in Kosovo league. The Yellows visited KB Bashkimi and won 90-80 the derby of this round. 

The visitors led by 6 at the break but played very good third quarter. After it their lead reached 19 and the last ten minutes were just a formality.

Drilon Hajrizi had another great game for the winners finishing with 29 points and 9 rebounds as Nenad Delic added 15 and 4. For the home side Marcel Jones finished with 24 points and 9 assists while Granit Rugova had 20 points.

In the same round KB Sigal Prishtina had no problems to defeat Trepca 87-48 at home. The first quarter was the only troubling one as the margin was just 2 points but after that the lead was increased. 

Mohamed Abukar and Willie Kemp finished with 14 points apiece for the winners. Gerti Shima made his debut with the team and ended up with 4 wins and 8 rebounds.

Peja is still the leader in the league with 14 wins from 14 games. Sigal Prishtina follows with 10-3 record while Bashkimi is third with 9-5.
