Lubomir Minchev, head coach of BC Beroe: I′m happy with the win. I′m happy with the fact that for bigger part of the game we were focused and even had a 23-point lead. However with some mistakes we led them score some really easy points and this is the thing I′m not happy with. We allowed them to come to 8 points. We had to hold on until the end. We have one more game and I rotated the players in order not to have too many tired of them. When we are making this rotation during the game we need to be more consistent. Levski fought very hard in this game like they did in the last game between us."
Stanislav Vaklinov, player of BC Beroe: "This was my first game in Samokov for a different team than Rilski. Since I left always something happened and I couldn′t play here. We played a good game. We had some downs in the final quarter but it′s good that we won. We came here to finish first and to show that we didn′t belong to this tournament and our place is in Second Stage."
Manuel Markov, head coach of BC Levski 2014: "The way we played in the second half is the way we all want Levski to play - with more desire, with more responsibility and not to wait for longer possession. In the beginning we started bad while Beroe had a good shooting percentage. I was sure that we had the strength to come back and we were very close. There were some moments when we underestimated the things and we were punished. There was one possession when we were down by 8 and allowed them to grab three offensive boards which resulted in a triple. All the players in the team give me hope because I can see what kind of people they are and how they want to develop. I felt no pressure before the game despite the fact it was my debut. I felt very good."
