Domestic leagues: Wins for Peja, Sigal Prishtina and Bashkimi

KB Peja is back on the winning ways in Kosovo league. After losing to Sigal Prishtina in the previous round, the leaders had no trouble to defeat Ylli 111-89. It happened thanks to a steady performance throughout the match as the hosts won all four quarters. AJ West was the top performer in the winning effort with 28 points and 13 rebounds while Drilon Hajrizi added 26 points and 6 assists.

In this same round Sigal Prishtina erupted and defeated Kerasan Prishtina 142-58. The champions and Cup winners played great in offense and came close to winning with a difference of 100 points. Jason Washburn finished with 31 points for the win while Blerim Mazreku had 19. A total of eight players scored in double digits for the victory.

Bashkimi had a very tough game but managed to come away with 87-86 victory against Trepca away. The team from Prizren made a great comeback after being down by 6 with 30 seconds to go. In the final moments though Bashkimi showed great heart and character and recorded the victory. Marcel Jones had a great game for the winners with 32 points and 11 rebounds while Theron Bussey added 19 points.

After 17 rounds Peja is leader with 16 wins and 1 defeat. Sigal Prishtina is second with 13-3 record while Bashkimi comes third with 11-5.
