Big game in Gevgelija

KK Kozuv is expecting KB Peja tonight in a very very big game from group D in SIGAL-UNIQA Balkan League. It will start at 19.00 hrs local time and will be LIVE on Sportmedia.tv and RTV 21.

In order to qualify at 100% for the semifinals Kozuv needs two wins in the team′s last two games. Also they need to defeat Peja by at least 2 points in order to have advantage in the tiebreaker between the two teams. Kozuv can also advance further with one win but it has to be tonight. Then they can also lose to Levski in the last round but will also have to hope that Sigal will defeat Peja away. The team from Gevgelija had some injury problems as Brandon Penn, Ivan Todorovic and Aleksej Nesovic are dealing with problems. The hope is they′ll be able to perform tonight and help their teammates in the proper way. Ryan White and Aleksandar Todorovic are in good form recently and their performance will also be important.

Peja didn′t play well last week against Levski but still managed to take the win. The Yellows rely on Nenad Delic and Drilon Hajrizi as well as on Alban Veseli and Ronald Davis, The point guards Burwell and Covington will share the duties at the playmaking position as Peja will need to perform well. With a win tonight and a loss by Levski the team will guarantee its spot in the semifinals. This is the hope of Peja but the main and most important thing is the win in Gevgelija.
