Domestic leagues: Easy for Peja, two wins for Sigal in 24 hours

KB Peja recorded another win in Kosovo league. The team visited Kerasan Prishtina and won easily 92-51. Peja dominated the match, scored at least 20 points in all four quarters and had no trouble.

Fisnik Rugova had a great game for the win with 26 points and 17 rebounds. Samir Zekiqi had 15 points and 6 rebounds while Ronald Davis had 12 points.

Sigal Prishtina played two games in 24 hours and won them both. The first one was a real derby away with Bashkimi as the champions won it 89-82. It was an interesting game from start to finish as the hosts tried hard but came short at the end. 

Willie Kemp had 24 points for the victory while Jason Washburn added 20 and 16 rebounds. Tay Waller had 25 points and 6 rebounds for the hosts while Theron Bussey added 20 points.

In the second game Sigal Prishtina hosted Vellaznimi and won 126-68. The champions scored 41 points in the first quarter and took 26-point advantage. Then in the second they scored 35, increased the lead to 51 and that was it.

Mohamed Abukar was the top scorer for the winners with 28 points while Jason Washburn had 24 and 9 rebounds.

Peja is the leader in the table with 20 wins and 1 defeat. Sigal is second with 17-3 while Bashkimi is third with 13-7.
