Domestic leagues: Wins for Peja, Sigal Prishtina and Bashkimi
KB Peja secured the first position in Kosovo league before the playoffs. The leaders defeated Ylli 96-70 to add another victory. The game was decided in the first half after which the difference was 35 points which was more than enough until the end.
Fisnik Rugova had another good outing and finished with 19 points and 9 rebounds. Samir Zekiqi had 14 points and 7 rebounds while Nenad Delic added 14 and 5.
Sigal Prishtina had no trouble in defeating Kerasan Prishtina 111-60. The champions took 20-point lead after the first quarter and from then on they never looked back.
Gazmend Sinani had 20 points and 7 rebounds while Rinor Peci and Andrew Warren had 16 points and 4 assists apiece.
Bashkimi also had a winning round after downing Trepca 85-62 at home. At the end of the first quarter the visitors were up by 2 but the hosts led by 8 at the break. In the second half they performed much better and took the victory.
Peja is first in the standings with 22 wins and 1 defeat and have secured home court advantage throughout the playoffs. Sigal is second with 18-4 record while Bashkimi comes third with 15-7.
