Beroe finished tied in its last friendly

BC Beroe finished tied in the last friendly of the preparation period. At home in Stara Zagora the team hosted Academic Plovdiv and the match ended 79-79. 

The hosts started much better and took 14-point lead after ten minutes. However in the second quarter the visitors did better and cut the gap and then stayed close. In the final period both teams tried hard to take the win but after 40 minutes the score was tied at 79. Then both coaches agreed that the game would end like this.

Shane Gibson had a good game for Beroe and finished with 25 points. Stjepan Tesija had 17 points as Omari Gudul added 13 and 7 rebounds.
