Lubomir Minchev: This lead doesn′t guarantee us the final

BC Beroe holds a good 9-point advantage after the first semifinal against KK Teodo. The team will host the second game in Stara Zagora next week and it′s in a great position to reach the final. Here is what head coach Lubomir Minchev had to say after the game was over: 

"I′m pleased that we won even though we didn′t play the best. We had 20 turnovers which was the bad side of the game. We played good defense in the second and third quarters but not in the last three minutes of the game when we made a lot of mistakes. We could′ve have a better result but still we won and it′s great.

An advantage of 9 points doesn′t guarantee us the final. Our bad start and the absence of Shane Gibson also influence a lot on us making so many turnovers."
