Blokotehna and Akademik looking for two in a row, Bashkimi and Tirana for their firsts

The schedule in SIGAL-UNIQA Balkan League will offer us two more games tonight. First in Plovdiv the local BC Akademik Bultex 99 will host SK Tirana while an hour later in Gevgelija KK Blokotehna will be waiting for KB Bashkimi. Both matches will be LIVE on YouTube and SportMedia.tv.

This will be Akademik′s first international home game and without doubt the excitement will be big. The team started the season well and there′s no doubt they would like to continue the same way and will turn to Umipig, Smith, Bachev Durchev and Johnson to attack the visitors basket. Tirana on the other side started really bad and has to step up a gear or even two. The Albanian champions played really bad a week ago in Gevgelija so Shima, Hysenagolli and company need to do much better tonight.

Blokotehna will be looking for two in a row at home. The Gevgelija side impressed against Tirana last week as Benjamin and Glavchev led the team to a victory. This will be Bashkimi′s first game of the season and the team will try to do well. There is some BIBL experience in the roster with Gruev and Samadan and also a debutant like Motley. The Prizren side will count also on Samir Zekiqi who had a good campaign last season and of course Tmusic and the rest of the local players.
