BC Akademik Bultex 99 recorded its third straight win in SIGAL-UNIQA Balkan League. The Plovdiv team defeated KK Kumanovo 2009 away and is leading the table. Here are some quotes from the two coaches after the game was over: 

Igor Mihajlovski, head coach of KK Kumanovo 2009: "First I want to congratulate Akademik for the win they deserved. We have just seven players in our rotation and in each game we manage to play good for most of the time but at the end we are losing because the opponent has deeper rotation. This has been repeated a few times already this season."

Ilko Nanev, assistant coach of BC Akademik Bultex 99: "It was a really hard game for us. Kumanovo is a good team but I think we played better. However we showed bigger class and deserved to win.

We were leading for most of the time but as I said Kumanovo is a good team and they managed to come back. Still, I think we deserved to win."
