Titi Papazov: I′m the only guilty one

BC Levski Lukoil lost heavily at home to Rilski Sportist which put the team in fourth place in the standings. Here is how the head coach Konstantin Papazov explained the defeat:

"I will not make excuses with Rilski′s high shooting percentage. Given the team′s good play, we would′ve lost the game no matter what we did, but not with such a big margin. Stanimir Marinov is sick and it was my decision not to put him in the game. Our players are experienced enough and I hope this game will motivate them. 

We need to congratulate whole Rilski Sportist team. The problem was not so much their defense but our performance in defense. They offered some different defensive options and it made things hard for us.

Hristo Nikolov didn′t play because of my decision and I take the responsibility for that. The players are really responsible although they looked really bad. I′m surprised of the fact that the two foreign players are so p?ssive but I′ll work about that. I′ve selected this roster, the responsibility of how everyone is playing is mine and I don′t like to blame someone else. I′m the only one guilty.

We lost a game which we didn′t deserve to win even for a single second and we lost it in a way which is unacceptable. The president and the sponsor of the team watched the game, they are not happy and it′s normal to have a reaction."
