Lubomir Kotleba satisfied with BIBL Final Four

One of the special guests for SIGAL-UNIQA Balkan League′s Final Four was Mr. Lubomir Kotleba who is the Chairman of the Rule Advisory Group FIBA. He is also a former Sports Director of the organization and of course a former referee.

Mr. Kotleba spent two days in Samokov and expressed his satisfaction with what he saw during the F4. He said that he was satisfied with the level of the teams, the level of the games and the level of the referees′ performance. Mr. Kotleba underlined especially the good nominations and the good game management by the officiating crews. 

At the end Mr. Kotleba also added that he was really happy to be a part of BIBL′s celebration for the end of the 10th anniversary season of the competition.
