Domestic leagues: Blokotehna lost to the leader

KK Blokotehna-NB suffered a home defeat in Macedonian Superleague. The Gevgelija team played the leaders Rabotnicki but lost 86-93 after playing bad in the end.

The visitors won the first quarter by 5 points and had the same advantage at the break. In the third quarter the hosts managed to go up by a point so evaerything was going to be decided in the final minutes. The teams exchanged points in the final period as with 2.19 to go the score was tied. Then though Rabotnicki scored 5 points in a row and held on for the win.

Danilo Mijatovic was the top scorer for the winners with 19 points. Dwayne Benjamin finished with 15 points as Anton Kazarnovski had 12 and 6 rebounds. The visitors scored 16 triples compared to 9 for the home team which proved to be too much.

After 27 rounds Blokotehna and MZT are tied for second place with 20 wins and 7 defeats each.
