Domestic leagues: Two wins for BC Barsy

BC Barsy Atyrau recorded two wins in Kazakhstan league. After losing twice to the champions Astana at the start, the Atyrau team hosted Caspiy and had two victories.

The first one was with a result of 77-59. The home side decided everything in the first three quarters as they had a double digit lead already after ten minutes. Then they increased it to over 20 points and controlled the contest.

Boyan Bakich and Dmitriy Klimov were the top scorers with 14 points each as Pavel Ilyin had 11.

The second match was more one sided as Barsy dominated throughout and won 82-42. They led by 14 points at the break but with a strong second half gave no chance to the visitors and managed to build a big advantage.

Pavel Ilyin had a very good game with 28 points and 7 rebounds while Boyan Bakich added 23 points.
