Pavle Nikolov: We have too many ups and downs

KK Kozuv recorded its first win of the season in Balkan League after beating BC Barsy Atyrau away in Sofia. After the game the head coach Pavle Nikolov was happy with the victory but also pointed out some problems: 

"First I want to congratulate our players for the first BIBL win of the season and I hope we′ll play better and better. We have too many ups and downs in our game and this is something we have to work on. We′ll look at the video to make the analysis and try to correct our mistakes.

This is just my second season as a head coach but I′m feeling better and better. This year we have better players, better roster and although I′m young, thanks to tham everything is going ok.

Barsy is a really aggressive team. It was visible that they were tired and we made some fast break which helped us create a big lead. Then they started playing zone defense and we missed some open shots which if we did hit then the difference would′ve been bigger. 

We are going step by step and in every game in the Balkan League we go out trying to win."
