Brandon Penn: We wanted to get to a quick start and we did it

Without doubt Brandon Penn was the best player at SIGAL UNIQA Balkan League Final Four. He was especially good in the FINAL against Teuta finishing with game high 31 points. Here is what Blokotehna′s forward said following his team′s win:

"We had two guys going down last week and in that same game I also got injured but fortunately just for few days. We stayed together. We have some young players and nobody believed in us but we did it.

We wanted to get to a quick start in the final. We knew that both teams would be tired so we wanted to get the lead early and maintain it.

I was in Gevgelija three years ago playing for Kozuv but with the same coach and management. I′m proud of those guys. I felt we′ve should′ve won the title back then but we got the redemption this time."
