A lot of options for the standings before the two games this week

Two more games are left to be played in the second stage of the Balkan League. Both of those games involve KK Ibar Rozaje as the Montenegrin side will host Peja on Tuesday and Rahoveci on Thursday.

Both games have a serious affect on the standings as it will determine the program for the Third Stage. As of now only one thing is clear - Academic Bultex 99 is first and will play at home against the 2nd and 3rd placed teams and will visit the 4th and 5th in the Third Stage.

Here are all the options for the classification between 2nd and 5th place.

Option 1:

Ibar wins the two games - if that is to happen then Ibar will finish 2nd and will be followed by Peja, Vllaznia and Rahoveci respectively.

Option 2:

Ibar defeats Peja and loses to Rahoveci - in that case it′s important what the difference in the win will be. Ibar lost the first game between the teams by 14 points and in order to move up to second needs to do it by at least 15. If however the margin is less than Ibar will secure the third place. In that option Rahoveci will finish fourth as the team will have one more win than Vllaznia.

Option 3: 

Ibar loses to Peja and wins against Rahoveci - in that case Peja will finish second and will be followed by Ibar, Vllaznia and Rahoveci respectively. If Ibar however defeats Rahoveci by just a point difference than Rahoveci can move above Vllaznia but only if the team has scored at least 66 points in the game.

Option 4:

Ibar loses both games - in that case Peja will be second and Vllaznia fifth. Ibar and Rahoveci will both have 3-5 record and their classification will depend on the difference as Ibar won by 3 when those teams met for the first time which means that Rahoveci will need to win by 4 to move to third.

Below you can also see what the schedule for the Third Stage will look like:

Team 1 – home against 2^nd  3^rd ; away against 4^th and 5^th 
Team 2 – home against 3^rd  4^th ;  away against 5^th  and 1^st.    

Team 3 – home against 4^th  5^th ;  away against 1^st, and 2^nd
Team 4 – home against  5^th  1^nd ;away against 2^nd and 3^rd 

Team 5 – home against  1^st  2^nd ;away against 3^rd and 4^th
