Rami Hadar: We will have to think and search for solutions

Hapoel Altshuler Shaham Be′er Sheva lost to Maccabi Rishon LeZion, 85:96, in their first game in Group D of Delasports Balkan League.

Here is what Rami Hadar, head coach of Hapoel Altshuler Shaham Be′er Sheva, had to say after the match:

"I′m disappointed with how we look, especially with our spirit and fight on defense. The problem is not with any specific player but something deeper.

We got a lot of work and we will have to think and search for solutions looking forward."

Spencer Weisz - Team Captain:

"Tonight was a challenging game for us. Rishon, who is a very talented team with a great leader in Daryl Monroe, outplayed us on both ends. Our identity needs to be a scrappy hard-nose team that can never get outworked on the floor. We did not play aggressive enough on either side of the ball, particularly the defensive end. Fortunately, this is the first game of a long season ahead, but we must make improvements rapidly."
