BC Akademik Plovdiv won its fifth game in a row in Delasport Balkan League by beating KK TFT. Here are some quotes after the game: 

Yordan Yankov, head coach of BC Akademik Plovdiv: "A really bad game for us - the worst from the start of the season. I take the fault for the fact that probably the players weren't motivated enough. We played awful and it's pure luck that we won. There are games like this but we need to change something. We are a young team and we have to prove ourselves all the time."

Vasil Bachev, player of BC Akademik Plovdiv: "I'm glad that we won and we continue without a loss. It was a difficult game as our opponent played an athletic and quick basketball. They took a lot of offensive rebounds, we missed a lot of open shots which was the problem for us. At times we weren't focused - we were going up by 10 and then we were letting them come back in to the game. At the end, it's important that we won."

Boro Smilkovski, head coach of KK TFT: "We are a young team and we don't have a lot of players in our rotation. We are still learning. We also had bad luck early in the game when Mitrevski got injured. This was our second game in two days, before that we had a tough match in our local league and we're still learning how to play in such a schedule. I'm happy with the way we reacted after losing to Beroe. It's a tough week for us but this season we'll gain experience by playing so many games and it will help our young players' development. We have to be happy with what we've done so far, we're also top of our league."

Tyron Harris, player of KK TFT: "We were tired but we lost to a more experienced team. We are a good team and we are continuing to learn. This is my first year here and I feel great. We have a young and energetic team. We made some mistakes because of the fatigue but I'm convinced we'll play better."
