Akademik and Kumanovo 2009 are meeting in a decisive game on Wednesday

Another Group G game is about to be played on Wednesday evening. Starting at 18.00 hrs local time in Plovdiv, BC Akademik will host KK Kumanovo 2009 in a crucial match. It will be broadcast LIVE on Delasport Balkan League YouTube channel.

The two teams have already met in North Macedonia two weeks ago with Akademik winning by 17 points difference. This means that if tomorrow the team wins once again, it will qualify for the Final Four as it will be Kumanovo's third loss and the team will have just one more game to play. If the visitors are to win the match, a lot will depend also on the difference. Howevrer, if Kumanovo wants to reach the Final 4, the team needs to win the game and if possible, to do it by 18 points. They've won already twice against Akademik so they'll try to do it for a third time.

Akademik has its full roster at disposal, except Robert Georgiev, who is injured long term. The Plovdiv side will rely once again in its high energy and aggressive style of play. The team will count on the likes of Bachev, Vucica, Tomic, Gugino and Carson to lead the way and hopefully for them, it will be enough to win and take them through to the Final Four.

Last week Kumanovo played really well against Hapoel Holon and that should give them enough confidence. There's no doubt that the team will try hard, be aggressive and motivated in Plovdiv in order to try and get the necessary win. For this to happen Kumanovo will count on Livingston, Djekic, Markovski and Andreejevic the most as they'll have to play an almost perfect game. The team will try to do it, and then it's up to Akademik to stop them. There's no doubt however that we are in for an interesting clash.
