Beroe is through to the Final 4 after a drama against TFT

BC Beroe survived KK TFT’s dramatic 20-point comeback, and celebrated the victory, 91-90, to qualify for Delasport Balkan League Final Four from Group F. The Greens had to survive a furious comeback from the visitors and the game had to be decided right at the end.

The Bulgarian team has now 2-1 record and will fight with Hapoel Gilboa Galil for the first place, while the Macedonian side dropped to 0-3.

Beroe started off strong and gained an early double-digit lead to finish the first quarter by 32-23. Both teams kept the energy and intrigue alive until the break, despite the 10-point advantage of the hosts, 49-39. TFT did not give up even after a 20-point deficit (78-58) throughout the third quarter that the Macedonian team cut off to 9 points (80-71) during the final period. The American trio James Gavin, Cadarian Raines and Brady Rose helped Beroe survive another crucial Macedonian comeback in the last seconds to pull off a much desired victory.

James Gavin and Cadarian Raines (11 rebounds) both scored 23 points apiece for the winners, while Brendan Bailey answered with 19 points for TFT.
