Stefanos Dedas: Our philosophy at the end beat them and I'm happy about it

Hapoel Holon qualified for the Final of Delasport Balkan League after beating fellow Israeli side in the second semifinal. The hosts of the Final Four had to overcome some difficult moments but at the end came through and took the victory. Here is what the head coach Stefanos Dedas had to say after the tough win:

"The game was what we expected. Galil is an amazing team. When you see them live you understand why they are high in the standings in Israeli league. They have ways to stay alive and this is the toughest part for any of their opponents.

In this game I forgot about the fatigue. We spoke before the game and I told to the players that we gave one or even may be two trophies to Maccabi and now no one will remember fatigue if you lose this game. As far as aggressiveness we were okay. We had some bad periods in the beginning of third quarter that made the game close. At the end we are happy that we beat a good team, we are ready for Thursday and hoping to lift the trophy.

I had to make a decision at the end to play with smaller line-up against their bigs where they had advantage. I think that our philosophy beat the athletic big guys and I'm happy about it."
