KK Kumanovo 2009 confirming its desire to be a part of BIBL

One of the historic teams in Delasport Balkan League - KK Kumanovo 2009, has expressed its desire to continue to be a part of the competition. That was confirmed by the team manager Aleksandar Krstevski.

"We decided to make a step forward. We have already applied for participation in Delasport Balkan League and now we have done the same to play in FIBA Europe Cup," were the exact words of Krstevski for kfsm.mk.

After a slow start, Kumanovo managed to reach the Second Stage last season. The team played some good games but couldn't get a single win and didn't qualify for the Final 4. Now the aim for the team will certainly once again be to get as far as possible.

The management of Delasport Balkan League is waiting for the official documents from KK Kumanovo 2009 and the official confirmation from the basketball federation of North Macedonia. Only after that the league will confirm officially the team's participation in season 2021/2022.
