BC Balkan has announced the first new signing for the upcoming season. The Botevgrad team, which is returning to Delasport Balkan League after 7 years, has signed Turkish forward Alihan Demir.

He is coming from Tofas where he spent the last season. The 25-year old player averaged 4.2 points and 1.7 rebounds in 18 games in the league.

Demir has also spent years in NCAA where he played for University of Minnesota. The upcoming season will be its second as a professional.
