Sigal Prishtina dominates the second half to get its first win

KB Sigal Prishtina managed to get its first win of the season. The team hosted BC Beroe and thanks to a dominating performance in the second half won 83-61. Sigal improved its defense after the break and it turned out to be decisive to get the victory. Next week Sigal will host Ibar in Prishtina while Beroe will now travel to Rozaje to play there on Wednesday.

It was a close and even first half as both sides were close. Sigal managed to stay ahead for most of the time but wasn't able to take a big advantage. that happened early in the second half which started with a 9-2 run for the home team. That put them up by double digits and they held on to that lead which reached 14 points after the end of the third quarter. Early in the fourth the hosts' advantage went over 20 points and until the end they had no trouble in holding on to take the win.

Five players scored in double figures for the hosts as Nickolas Tomsick finished as top scorer with 17 points while also adding 6 rebounds and 5 assists. Dachon Burke also did well as he added 13 points.

The top scorer in the game was Obinna Oleka who finished with 19 points as he had double-double with 10 rebounds. Anton Cook had 12 points as De'Quan Abrom scored 11.
