Kwame Vaughn of Maccabi Next Urban Haifa is the Delasport Balkan League MVP for January. The American guard had a good run of games during his team's trip to the Balkans when they played four times and won three.

Vaughn took part in all four of the games and averaged an efficiency rating of 22 which was good enough to put him above everyone else in the competition. The American had 19.0 points per game, 6.75 assists and 4.75 rebounds. He was a key part of Maccabi's three wins and the fact that the team secured its place in Stage 2 of the competition.

The best game for Vaughn came on January 17th when his team visited KK Navico Akademija FMP in Skopje. He posted a double-double of 21 points and 11 assists for an efficiency rating of 31 - his highest of the season so far.
