The top scorer of Stage 1 is…

Billy Rae Ivey is the best scorer of Stage 1 in Delasport Balkan League. The American guard of KK Navico Akademija FMP had an impressive campaign which unfortunately for him and his team, wasn’t enough to take them to Stage 2.

Still Ivey did great and finished Stage 1 averaging 23.4 points in 8 games. He was the main point of offense and still managed to overcome the defenses that teams were throwing at him. His best outing came against Levski at home when FMP was missing a lot of players but he still scored 41 points. He did well against Maccabi at home as well scoring 33 points.

In general Ivey has also really good percentage for the kind of usage he had. The American finished the competition with 58.5% shooting for 2-points and 40.0% from 3-point range.
