BC Levski defeated BC Akademik away iin Plovdiv to continue in their quest for finishing first in Group C. Here is what the coach of The Blues Dimitar Angelov had to say once the match was over:

"An important victory, our goal is to take two more victories and qualify for the Final Four. Akademik played very well and the first half was very difficult for us. We made adjustments, improved the defense and managed to win. I think we played well. We also wanted to save some of the main players, because the matches of the Cup tournament are coming up. I hope we have no injuries. We need two victories to qualify directly for the F4 in the Balkan League."

Joshua Parker had a solid BIBL debut as he finished with 20 points. Here is what he said after the game:

"I am very pleased with the performance of my team. We managed to return to the match and win it. We played against a strong team and I am glad that we managed to win. This is a great league and our goal is to win it. I am glad that we are participating in such a tournament."
