Delasport Balkan League and the clubs to decide the Final 4 system in case of 3 teams from Israel

The management of Delasport Balkan League and the six teams that remain in the competition will decide the system of the Final 4 in case that we have three teams from the same country.

At the moment two teams from Israel have secure their place in the finals of the league - Hapoel Nufar Energy Galil Elion and Ironi Rain Nahariya. There is however a possibility to have a third team from the country - Maccabi Next Urban Haifa. They'll have to go through the playoffs and will know their opponent later today, but the chance of advancing is real.

In the regulations of Delasport Balkan League, is written what the rules are in case of 2 teams from the same country but there is no clarity if three out of the four teams are from one country. That's why the management of the league has addressed the six remaining clubs asking them to decide together what the system should be.

The options are two:
A. To play the Semifinal games as follows: Hapoel Nufar Energy Galil Elion vs winner of 2D/3C and Ironi Rain Nahariya vs the winner of 2C/3D.

B. To make a draw between the four remaining teams the day after the last game of the playoffs - meaning Friday 22.04.22 and the Semifinal games to be played according to the draw.

The league and the clubs have one vote each which means 7 in total. The option which has the majority of votes will be chosen with the deadline for providing an option being Monday, April 11.
