Dimitar Angelov: Difficult game for us

Levski 2014 lost to Hapoel Altshuler Shaham Beer Sheva/Dimona the first game of the new season in the Delasport Balkan League. Here is what head coach Dimitar Angelov had to say after the match:

 “It was a difficult game for us because we met a very good team. The hosts have a very good coach and players. The difference was huge. We tried to stay close to the opponent, but Hapoel shot very well. We failed to respond and lost.”

 John Florveus was the best for Levski 2014 finishing with 23 points and 6 rebaunds. Here are his words following the win:

“Tough game for us. We have a lot of young players who make a lot of mistakes. Respect to the opponent who is good and has good players. We kept close in the first three quarters but then Apoel broke away. We are still developing.”
