Superb Peja sets new record points for the season

KB Peja dominated the Kosovo derby in the Delasport Balkan League. Peja also beat its record of the most points scored this season, defeating Bashkimi with 120-88.

Bashkimi hosted the game in the gym in Suha Reka, since Sezai Surroi is under renovation.

The game was generally under the control of Peja who managed a comfortable lead in the first quarter of the game (15-28), and kept the pace throughout the remaining part to get the victory. 

Bashkimi didn't perform well in defense and allowed at least 28 points per quarter.

Peja, on the other hand, has improved the balance to 7-1, while the team with the new coach has already brought the number of consecutive victories to six and Rami Hadar has not yet been defeated in any competition with the yellows.

Jalen Tate excelled with 29 points, David Joseph scored 20 points, and Larry Thomas finished the game with 16 more. Brad Waldow with 15 rebounds was dominant under the basket, and he finished the game with 8 points.

At Bashkimi, Samardo Samuels played the game with a double-double of 24 points and 12 rebounds, while Altin Morina played with 18 points. The loss leaves the team with a record of 2-6.
