Beroe gets its first win of the season

BC Beroe managed to record its first win of the season in Delasport Balkan League. The Stara Zagora team did that against KK Ibar in Rozaje by winning 94-88. The visitors did their damage in the first quarter after taking a double-digit lead and holding on until the end. That puts Beroe on a 1-2 record while Ibar now stands at 1-3. After a day off Beroe will play against KK TFT in Skopje while Ibar's next game will be in December.

It was a high-scoring affair in the first half after which the hosts led by 3 points. In the first few minutes of the third quarter the difference remained the same but then Beroe made a 13-2 run which put them up by 8. Until the end of the period they made the margin 10 and in the final minutes managed to hold on.

For second game in a row Beroe shot great from outside the arc converting on 17 triples from 26 attempts.

Brady Rose was above all in this game scoring 8 three-pointers and finishing with 32 points. Simeon Iliev had 18 points as Kaleb Bishop added 15 and 7 rebounds.

The hosts were led by Elvis Cekic who had 21 points. Amit Hot returned to the team with 19 points as Nemanja Simovic added 14 and 7 rebounds.
